SUB: Intimidation of a Witness
DATE: March 3, 2010

The Acushnet Police, along with members of the Bristol County Sheriff's Office S.C.A.T
Team, arrested Kendra Sol, age 17 of 296 Davis Street, 1st Floor, New Bedford. She was arrested on charges relating to the Acushnet Credit Union bank robbery.

Kendra Sol was arrested on charges of threatening a police witness who supplied information about the recent bank robbery in Acushnet. Kendra Sol is the girlfriend of the suspect (Kristopher Santillo) who was recently charged with the Robbery of the Acushnet Federal Credit Union. Kendra allegedly made threats to assault the witness and damage her motor vehicle. Those threats were followed through with in the early morning hours of 03/03/10 at 230am.

The witness’s motor vehicle was damaged by spray paint. The word SNITCH was painted on the vehicle and all of the windows in the vehicle were painted over making the motor vehicle inoperable. Kendra Sol was scheduled to be arraigned in Third District Court on 03/03/10.
