Traffic Advisory

All town construction that effects the normal flow of traffic will be placed on this page. A press release will be issued by the Acushnet Chief of Police or his designee and will be posted here on the traffic advisory page. You will be given the locations and times that the construction or utility companies work on the roadway and will reflect the times that the normal flow of traffic will be effected. You may also be given a detour route that will bring you around the construction.

Be advised that road construction or utility work is sometimes temporary and a press release will not be warranted.

If you have a street light out in your neighborhood, please call the NSTAR Electric street light hotline at 800.785.4837 to report it and have it replaced.
